When I want to listen a music on my iPhone or Ipad without Wifi or 3G, it is not possible. So can I delete the Icloud match and keep my music straight like before?

Can somebody tell me how I can do the reverse operation to go back from Itunes match without losing my music on iphon, Ipad or MC?

You can turn off iTunes match from settings> music> iTunes match> off. However you may wish to simply hide the content which is not on your phone until you are in a location where you are able to download content that isn't. You can do this at settings> music> show all music> off.
