How do i installand share network printers on Xserve

I am about to install a network printer in a school which is has 2 networks (windows server & Mac Xserve) the windows server has been setup to share the printer and is working fine.

Can anyone help with a user guide or advice on how to setup the printer on the Xserve and share out to 40 mac book pro's
