Q: Duplicate MobileMe calendars showing in iCal and no iCloud.

After 'up'grading to Lion I've got duplicate MobileMe calendars showing in iCal and no iCloud calendars despite activating the latter.

 

Is there something further I've got to do to make iCloud work and lose MobileMe?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.7)
