I've recorded my audio to a Keynote slideshow presentation which has two videos with audio already included that are now double audio. How do I rerecord one audio?

I'd put together a slide presentation in Kaynote '09, to be presented while I speak. Now I want to make a video or movie of the presentation with my audio. The presentation has two videos inserted with audio. When I recorded the presentation with my audio, the videos have double audio. I realize I need to rerecord but how do I keep the inserted videos from doubling audio but still be inserted in the final timing and video? I have searched, but can't seem to find an answer to this problem. Thanks to anyone that can help.

You could insert silence into the main audio track, where the movie soundtrack plays, using an audio editor.
