It won't let me get into restrictions it's comes up as a blocked website...I need to get it back and I don't know how to....

Hi FoxTheBro. Could your describe your problem in a little more detail? And what you've tried so far to fix it. Have you restarted iPad? Hold Sleep and Home buttons until you see the Apple. Are restrictions turned off? Have you tried searching for the app store?
