I am talking about the support bulletin in the subject (I used the ask a question feature to post here).

So how does someone on an iPad or iPhone gift an iTunes album to someone?

I can gift apps all day long from my iPad or iPhone...so why is the "Gift this Album" only available from iTunes on an actual notebook/desktop?
