Menu > File > Duplicate > Save
Unfortunately there is no keyboard shortcut for this in Lion, as with many other productivity UI.

I did create a service in Automator that will duplicate a document then bring up the save dialog. You can assign a keyboard shortcut to the service. See this thread for the details.
The easiest work-around I've found is to click "Help" from the menu bar at the top of your screen, type in save, which will give a drop-down menu, and offer "Save As". When you click on the "Save As" from the Help menu drop-down box, it gives you the "Save As" window that you were used to using before. It's exactly the same process and steps as before, except that you must type 4 letters, and access it through a different button. Seems really ridiculous, when everybody just wants to use the Save As feature just like we've always done.
