Is there any way to get riped tv shows to show up under the "TV Shows" section instead of the movies.
Is the only way to get shows listed as "TV Shows" to buy them from Apple?

Select the file in iTunes. Right click - get info.
Click the Options tab and set Media kind: to TV Show.

ok, I have a similar problem, I have uploaded some TV shows they appear in the recently added I went to options change the file tye to TV shows they now appear in the TV shows tab on the top left. When I go to my iphone / ipad select TV shows they do not appear in that area to sync, only the old TV shows.
Any ideas?
Are they formatted either ".MOV" or ".MPEG-4"?, which would be ".M4V"
