    Hey wjosten,

I saw what you did for Adie93 and hope you'll be interested in helping my sister save the video of her wedding.

The file is appears as ORDER.NJB, 17 bytes and dated correctly on the SD card.  When I followed your instructions we found the error below.

Any advice whatsoever would be a tremendous consolation to my obviously distraught sister -even if it's just to tell her not to pay someone $500 to dig up a file that will never work.

    Thank you,

      Jessica

Try `file --help' for more information.

This is not really related to the topic you've replied to, so this isn't the best place to ask your question. You need to start your own post in a forum appropriate for the topic (for example, the OS X Mountain Lion forum might be appropriate if your Mac is running Mountain Lion, aka OS X 10.8). You will also need to provide information about what kind of camera was used to take the video, and what has been done with the SD card since the video was taken.

One thing I can say: that ORDER.NJB file is not a video file of any kind. It contains an index of the images on the card, and is not meant to be opened by the user.

Sorry, but there's nothing in that file. All it is is a Nikon Photo index file. All that's there is an idex of photos taken by the camera, no actual photos or any other data. If that's all that's on the card, well then, there is no data on the card.

Hi, I was hoping you would be able to help me with opening a photo on my MAC that is also coming up as a Unix Executable File? I copied it to Terminal, and it came back with /Volumes/CODONICS018730/DICOM/ST000000/SE000000/US000024

Does that make sense to you?

    I hope you can help.

    Thank you.
