Fisrt why does Apple insist my credit card code is not valid when it is. Second why does Apple want credit card infor when you try to download free apps.

This has been going on for a year now. What needs to be done to fix this annoying problem. There are apps and music I would love to buy but, since I downloaded Lion it seems it is one problem after another. I have always been a died hard mac fan, but it seems that Apple is more concerned about their iphone, ipads, and ipods and have forgot about fixing problems on the imacs.

Hi..

1. Read here > iTunes Store: My credit card's security code or zip code does not match my bank's records

Note. Billing policy is the same for both the iTunes and Mac App Stores.

2. Apple will verify your biling information with every transaction whether it's purchased or free media. That's the policy.

3. If you are having problems with Lion, use Lion Recovery to repair the startup disk if necessary or reinstall the Mac OS X.
