How can I do this on a PC?

I don't have a MAC and don't have any immediate intentions of switching from the Windows platform. I do use Safari on Windows and can access the iCloud site just fine. I would like to subscribe to the holidays calendar from here and have it push to my iOS devices instead of having to subscribe on each device individually.
