Okay, I have no idea what this has to do with any Apple product, but have you tried Bang & Olufson's web site? At least, that's the only association I know of between "B&O" and speakers.
If you're referring to the Frankfurt Apple Store and wish to contact them to find out if they have a product in stock, they do not publish email addresses that I know of. You would have to find a way to call the Store, though I don't believe that the Apple Store carries Bang and Olufson speakers.
Regards.
They do indeed carry them, including the Zeppelin AirPlay model, at least at all the Apple Stores I've been to lately.
how can I contact them by email?
Why not write a snail mail letter on paper to their postal address, and supply your email address?
See the screenshot above for the postal address.
The Zeppelin is Bowers & Wilkens, not Bang & Olufson.
You are exactly right and I was looking right at my Bowers and Wilkens subwoofer when I stupidly typed that. And you are correct, Apple is not an authorized Bang & Olufson dealer.
No problem. Sometimes those brain cells just don't fire in the correct order. 😀
Apple is not an authorized Bang & Olufson dealer.
They most certainly are. Bang & Olufsen make several products for use with Apple products: Apps, speakers, iPod docks etc, such as this:

but they may not be available in all markets.
OK, in the US Apple is not an authorized Bang & Olufson dealer. They may make products that work with Apple devices but they are only available here through their stores (B&O) or their very limited dealer network. Apple has in the past sold their headphones in the Apple Store but I haven't seen them lately.

That Bang and Olufson makes Apple-compatible products does not make Apple Stores authorized dealers. The US Apple Stores do not carry B&O products, nor does the German online Apple Store, and in most cases if the online store doesn't carry an item the retail store doesn't either.
Well, you could have fooled me:

Apologies; you are correct that the US Apple Store does indeed carry B&O products. I did both a browse and a search yesterday and no B&O product turned up; I don't know why. The German Apple Store does not, though, unless that site also is turning up erroneous results.
Regards.
Mind you, and with all due respect to one of the better-known manufacturers from my country, IMO anyone who pays $900 for an iPod Dock is in need of urgent medical attention... 😉
I would agree, but there are people who say the same thing about Apple products. Everyone makes their own decision as to what's worth it to them.
Cheers.
