I purchased an audio book on one of my laptops and it is not showing up on my iPhone or iCloud. have talk to Apple support and they could not resolve the problem any suggestions? Beside buying it again thru my iPhone directly. 😟

Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download so they won't appear for re-downloading. If you still have it on your laptop (and/or on a backup) then you should be able to sync it via your computer's iTunes to your iPhone
Can't if I do that it will delete my other stuff on my iPhone. I purchased it on another computer that I do not use to sync my iPhone.
Can I move it from this Laptop to my desk top at home thru a back up. I did notice it has a lock on the app.
You should be able to copy it across to your other computer, from a backup or via a flash drive/external drive or home sharing (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527).

I have the same issue but opposite. I downloaded an audiobook straight to my iphone. I need to free up space on my phone for the update but I dont want to get rid of the audiobook unless I have a copy on my computer. What should I do to get the audiobook on my mac?
Connect the iPhone to your computer's iTunes and do File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases if you have iTunes 11 on your Mac) - it should copy over to the Books section of your iTunes library
