Hi Philip...
You can avoid the 403 server error by using OpenDNS.
Quit the App Store if it's open.
Open System Preferences / Preferences then select the Network tab. Click the Advanced tab then click the DNS tab.
Click +
Enter these addresses exactly as you see them here.
208.67.222.222
Click +
208.67.220.220
Then click OK.
Now relaunch the App Store and see if that helped.

Thanks Carolyn, however, it was the Intego software: the cooking filter. Intego is creating a lot of problems with our Apple TV as well.
That explains that...
You might want to consider using a different anti virus product such as either Sophos or ClamXav. Both are free and won't interfere with access to the App Store.
I tryed do this. But this is didn't worked.
