Q: Email problems

Hi

Having problems sending and recieving emails on iPhone 4s, restarting the iPhone seems to help but problem persists.

I'm on Orange network, but problem is not with carrier as its the same using wi-fi.

I know of someone having the same issues on 3Gs on O2 network.

My firmware is up-to-date.

Are any others out their having this problem?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1

    Any errors?
    Who's the email provider?

    Is the account properly configured?

When the issue occurs, are you able to do anything on the device that requires Internet access?

What does this have to do with iPhones in the Enterprise?

You can try deleting your email acount on your phone and put it back in your phone. Go to settings, mail, under accounts, select the email and delete acount. Then replug in your email again.

Or if you have an odd ball email acount that uses a different domain other than yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc... maybe you have an IMAP or POP configuration problem. That, you have to find the webpage of your email provider and follow the directions on their webpage.

Any idea why emails disappear from my iphone 5 iOS 7.1.2? Had professional support without success. I open Mail, see an e-mail (exchange) and next time I look, it is gone. Problem with synchronising, obviously, but where did the email go? Not in trash, junk, or any other folder. Not to be found in webmail either. Happened to me 2-3 months ago, re-set up the mailaccount, rebuilt the database. Now it happened again. No rules, nothing.
