What is "iTunes Export crashed" message?

After a recent HD Defrag, iTunes will not start. I keep receiving a "iTunes Export crashed" message. I have tried uninstalling, re-installing and Safe Mode with the same results. It was working fine at the beginning of the week and the only thing I can only trace it back to the recent defrag I ran on my HD.
