I am unable to use my Iphone 3GS as an Ipod, my Iphone is stuck on activating your iphone, I am using an activated AT&T sim card. Does anyone have any ideas on how I cn bypass the activation screen to use my iphone as an Ipod.

you can't bypass activation. Your phone needs to be activated for any of the functions to work.
This problem happens often to phones previously jailbroken. Is this the case?

Is there a resolution? the phone has never been jailbroken. it was sitting in my draw for about a year and a half and I dont have the original sim card that i used to activate it.
Find an AT&T SIM card (active or non-active) that fits in your phone and activate it.
