Why aren't my photo stream photos showing up on icloud?? I thought they were saved to icloud & any other device you have signed up on icloud?
I also can't get them to show up on my laptop pc either. Help

For the avoidance of doubt, please confirm that everything is switched on for photo stream to work. Also remember that photos will only sync over Wi-Fi, if your phone is not connected to Wi-Fi the photos will wait until your phone is. Photos are shared between all your devices using photo stream, they are not available at the website iCloud.com.
Oh I didn't know that the pictures won't show up on icloud.com. But I am having trouble setting up the photo stream on my laptop. Is this function only able to work on apple products?? My laptop is an HP. Thanks!
So far as I understand it, you should be able to access photos from photo stream on your PC, unfortunately I know nothing about PCs, you might be better asking in the iCloud for windows community.
