Hello, I bought an iPhone 4 from AT&T USA, version 5.1(9B176), IMEI , model MC609LL, serial number JR******DZZ, and I can not use it in Romania. Please help me to unlock my iPhone! Thank you so much!

Only AT&T can unlock your iPhone. You will have to contact AT&T and seek their help.
