Is there a shortcut to load settings for a plug-in?

Hi,

Has anyone ever came across a shortcut that opens up the navigator for loading settings into a plug-in?

I create lots of settings for each plug-ins and it gets a bit annoying to click click click... for calling each setting that I saved. I usually save them on desktop so that my library doesn't get messy.
