I am having difficulties transferring a keynote presentation from someone elses laptop to my own.

I am working on a presentation, which a colleague has used keynote to format. However when he sends it to me (via e-mail as he is based in another country) it is all skewed when opened. It says certain fonts are missing which I suppose is the reason as to why titles and text now overlap, sentances span two lines etc. I don't know if there is a fix for this issue or if I just have to manually go through the whole presentation and edit it?

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Thanks,

Keynote

The message should tell which font style it is looking for.

Ask your colleague to send that font file to you and place it into your fonts folder inside your computer's library folder.  You may need to restart Keynote, but that should fix the issue for you.
