Why is my keynote presentation all skewed when transferring it to my laptop?

I am having difficulties transferring a keynote presentation from someone elses laptop to my own.

I am working on a presentation, which a colleague has used keynote to format. However when he sends it to me (via e-mail as he is based in another country) it is all skewed when opened. It says certain fonts are missing which I suppose is the reason as to why titles and text now overlap, sentances span two lines etc. I don't know if there is a fix for this issue or if I just have to manually go through the whole presentation and edit it?

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
