Macbook Pro keeps crashing

My Macbook Pro 15' from early 2011 keeps crashing and having kernel panics... I've tried to uninstall OS X so i don't think it's a software related problem... Tried Apple Hardware Test but it didn't find anything... Btw i usually get's these crashes when i have more than four taps open in my browser.

Any tips? 😕
