i have an iphone 4 IOS 5.0.1 that don't want start correctly and when i connect him on itunes for activation he do nothing

Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device. Have you gone through ALL of these troubleshooting steps?
yes i have try this all step but i cant restore my phone there is an error 3194
Sounds like your phone was previously jailbroken. Is this the case?

Search for that code, it seems to suggest your phone was jailbroken. Maybe using Google would be a better option for you to find an answer.
