Re: App updates

I have purchased an app (Mobile VCE) a while back and noticed that the app was updated on the developers website but there were no updates through the app store. After investigating into the problem, I noticed that the app developer have changed there company name and if I deleted my old app and tried to download again, I guess that I would be charged again for the same app but with a newer version number?


On a different app with a different app problem was that the developer changed the name of the app so the existing app is no longer availabe in the app store but you could purchase the same app with the new updates if you buy it again on the new name for the app...


As a paying customer, I feel like I'm getting ripped off here?
