Did you try them on a black background? That's what I'm seeing....
Well, what I'm also seeing in the free iBook Apple gave is that the photo's in a gallery are presented full screen but with a transparent edge up and down the page. I would just like to see my whole photo without the transparancy.
Can you screenshot what you're seeing, thanks.
I can't seem to find how yet...
I can see in a blink some options including a symbol for a camera but it disappears on my iPad...
Press the power and home buttons at the same time. This will put a screenshot in your photos, then connect your iPad and use Preview to download, then upload here using the camera icon in the editor.
I know...but the editor won't stay visible on my iPad...I can only type...
Use your computer...
Ahh, yes...I can see the thin border on the left.
What size is that image?
Are you cropping or resizing?
Tapping once on the image while in full-screen mode will remove the top and bottom border with the title and the caption. Tapping a second time will bring them back.
Michi.
Hi, well I'll be d....d, after shutting off the iPad, it works...when I tapped the second time it went back to the little photo and now yes, I get the fullscreen photo. So simple it can be I guess...
Restarting can cure a number of ills 🙂
Thanks for the update and good luck w/your books!
Ken
