Borderless page issue

Hi guys. I'm struggling with this thing: I always do some printings in A3 papers, and I use all the paper. So I always have to go at File > Page Setup... > Paper Size: A3 > Borderless A3

The issue is that, even when I save & close the file, when I open it again it's with its borders again, so I have to do all the steps above again...

Can anybody help me so I don't have to do all these steps all the time?

I tried this thing you said about inspector palette, it moves the thin margin line outwards, but I still have a translucid gray border around the document, that only goes away when I set to Borderless A3. Anything that is writen down this gray border is ignored by the printer.

We also have tried it in many accounts, even in other computers here in the office and this issue happens in all of them...

Thank you for the attention anyway.

Thanks guys, but I've already done all these things.

The printer actually can print without borders (we print borderless A3 everyday), the ink reaches any area of the paper.

@fruhulda we have tested this on lots of documents, all of them present this problem.

I will try to search whether the issue is with the printer configurations.
