Error -50 when trying to download movie rental. i followed the steps to delete the cache file three times. It still keeps sending error -50. I checked the network connections, also checked my firewall. All appears normal. I was able to rent two movies a couple days ago with no issies.
Now what should I do? I have spent WAY TOO much time trouble shooting this, and I have been charged for a movie that won't download. frustrating
