mainstage metronome sound too soft and stops sometime

Recently I played live with mainstage in a band and we tried to synchronize the Drummer with the metronome- click. Could be the headphone- output of my m-audio ozonic is not loud enough, but also inside mainstage the click should be louder. Or it should be possible to choose between different clicks, add tone like in logic.

By the way, after upgrading to mainstage 2.2.1 while playing patterns into the looper- plugin suddenly the metronome- sound stops!!! This is really bad, imagine you like to perform with looper on stage!
