Hi please can somoene help me
My ipod was disconnected whilst synchng on my desktop and hence the itunes said I needed to reinstall or repair as I had a missing component after that
I did reinstall to no use as keep getting the error message "This copy of Itunes is corrupted or is not installed correctly. Please reinstall itunes"
I have restarted my computer , tried removing from add/remove programmes and then restarted and reinstalled and every time try start itunes I still get the same error messgae
Can someone help me please as desperate to sort it
Not very computer savvy but can limp through and dont know what else to try
I tried to contact apple but says I need a serial number but I cant open Itunes so dont knwo how I could do that either
I have also tried starting in safe mode but wont open either when I hold down shift and CTL
Really stuck
