How do I move mobileme site to IXwebhosting

I've been trying to move my mobileme website to ixwebhosting. My domain name is with domainpeople and would like to keep it there. I was able to do CNAME redirect to web.me.com before. I understand I have to change this. What exactly do I replace it with? IXwebhosting provided me a server name and 2 name servers. This doesn't make sense because what's the difference between a "nameserver" and "server name."
