What version of iOS does the iPad 2 come with?
I am looking to buy an iPad 2 and was wondering if I were to purchase an iPad 2 today, would it come with iOS pre or post iOS 5?

Probably depends on whre you buy it. There could still be some stock of iPads using iOS 4.3. There's no indication on the iPad box as to what iOS is installed. iOS updates are free, so there's no concern for you.

Is there an iCloud stamp on the current iPad 2 packaging? Maybe the packaging implies. If the current packaging has the iCloud stamp, iPads shipped with iOS4.3 wouldn't have it but that would really take a bit of luck to come by.
