Trying to redeem an iTunes gift card. I keep getting invalid code message. It has 14 digits. Is this a problem?

If you still can't redeem your card, then you should contact iTunes Store Customer Support via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ and provide the serial number on the back of your gift card. The article above shows you how to locate the serial number.
