Q: Why does it say my SIM is invalid when I hit view account?

I am trying to set up my mobile Internet account. When I go to settings, cellular data, and then view account, it says my SIM is invalid and won't le t me continue. Am I doing something wrong, or is my iPad not working right?

Did you cancel your account? if so you have to call your Carrier. I am in the middle of almost the same thing I canceled my Cellular Data Account on my iPad.

I bought an "open item" iPad from Bestbuy. I'm guessing the previous owner started an account, then cancelled it and returned the iPad. The solution was to stop by an AT&T stor and get a new SIM card, no big deal! Thanks for the help!
