I am able to identify i am getting another call but the options i get dosent let me to end the current call and answer the new call.
It lets me to put the current call on hold and answer new call and end both calls.

Apr 4, 2014 9:50 AM in response to Rapterby CarolinaFran,Look at this article. It seems that you need to call Verizon to have them "turn on" that feature. Duh? Why wouldn't it be turned on as default?

I haven't done it myself yet so I cannot confirm this information, but it would seem that Verizon has to be involved.
