I started to rent The Help and the only option it gave me was to buy it, not rent. Several weeks ago I started to rent The Help but got sidetracked and never got my details entered to complete the rental. Any ideas? Thanks.

Not all movies are available for rent, only for purchase. That decision is made by the movie companies, so you will have to appeal to them to allow you to rent particular movies from the iTunes store.
However, it was available from the time of the movie's release throughn late February, as that was the first attempt I made to rent it. Perhaps the rental vs. buy period, is similar to Netflix access and is also at the movie company's discretion.
