Print and buy book not working

I am a new user of Aperture 3.2.3. I finished creating a book, but when I click on Print..., Buy Book..., It seems that the software is stuck in the browser windows and does not leave. When I press export they export the selected photo from the browser window and not the pages from the book. What is going on? Can someone help me?

Is your internet connection working?

If not, fix your internet connection and restart Aperture, try again.

If it is not the network, you may have a locked or corrupted Aperture Preferences file.

Quit Aperture and try to remove the Aperture preferences from the user library as described here in the paragraph "Delete the User Preferences":

Post back, if this does not help.

P.S: Oh, I just saw this addition -

In fact, I can only edit and print the photos used in the album. The album itself does not do anything.

Then it may be necessary to repair the permissions and to repair the Library, using the Aperture 3 Library First Aid Tools; those are also described in the Trouble Shooting Support Article I posted above.

To use the Aperture Library First Aid tools press and hold the Option and Command keys as you start Aperture.

Start with "Repair Permissions", then "Repair Library".

Before you do any of this, make sure you have a working backup.

Thanks. But nothing worked.

Sorry to hear that. You tried Preferences removal and repairing Library and permissions?

Then we need to know, if the problem is system wide or local. Do you have a second user account? If not create one. Log into this test account and create a new Aperture library, import some images and create book - nothing fancy, just for testing. Try to print this book (you do not actually have to print it, just see if the print dialogue appears).

Does it work? If not, then I would reinstall Aperture, since obviously nothing in your other Usr account can be responsible.

Post back, when you know more.

A good point, Kirby. Perhaps rofarias should launch the "Activity Viewer" (Window- Show Activity), so we know the disk and RAM usage.

@ rofarias: One more question:

but when I click on Print..., Buy Book..., It seems that the software is stuck in the browser windows and does not leave. Whe

After rereading your first post, I am no longer sure which of the two options you are trying to do: "Print Book", or "Buy Book", or both?
