I downloaded fruit ninja a few days ago and it worked great. Sadly over the last two days I'll be in the middle of a game and then suddenly I'm back on my home screen page. I have no idea why it keeps doing it or how to stop it. I've tried holding it in different positions to make sure I wasn't pushing any side buttons, but it still happens. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

It's not super hot or anything, no different from when I play my other games. I think it's iOS 5.1, the game lags a bit at the begining but then it plays smoothly when it's not kicking me back to my home page.

Sorry it to me so long to respond, I got super busy with stuff. I tried doing the things on the list. I even uninstalled and re-installed it and it still has the same problem. It'll play well for one or two games then cash constatnly afterward. I really don't know what to do anymore.
First I would go to the developer's support site and see what that has to say.
The try restoring the iPod. First from backup and if problem persists, restore to factory defaults/new iPod.
The thing is everything else works fine on my ipod and I don't want to have to clear everything off just because one app has issues. I've messaged the developers several times and have yet to hear anything back from them. It's really annoying because it seems like they don't care if their prodcut doesn't work. I mean I know its not like I spent a whole lot of money to buy the app, but I'd expect it to work no matter what the cost.
If yuo do not want to restore, thenyou will have to live without the app. Maybe the developer will update the app in the future.
