i have a lot of music (that I had loaded previsously from cd's not purchased t iTunes) that are now on my iphone and when i got another computer that music does not show up in my itunes on the new computer, how can i get that to uploaded to my iTunes library on my new PC?

i dont have all the music from my old computer anymore, i did find one old music library, but it only had about half the music that is on my iphone. I still need to figure out how to get the music on my iphone back up to a computer, any ideas?
