how to deauthorized my computer my account say i have 5 authorized

i am trying to download music i purchased from the itune store and it get a message saying i have 5 computer authorized.i had the account for years and i had 2 computer crash hard drive went bad so i did not how to deauthorized them with the hard drive bad.i purchased a dell in feb 2012 and it crashed took it back purchased a another and a lap top so of you count them it would total 5 and when i try to deauthorize one the 2 computer/lap to my account will not let me do so saying i have to wait until jan 2013 help help
