I have a new computer and I want to import my music off my ipod onto my itunes. I have already set it up to not sync automatically and I have transferred my purchased music. My computer won't show me any of the files on my ipod so how do I get them into itunes? Do I have to load all of them again? My previous computer didn't have Cloud so my Ipod is my backup.

iTunes will only copy purchases from Apple off the iPod. If you haven't got a backup of your other music content on, for example, an external drive, then you will need to find a third-party program that can copy them off the iPod.

The iPod is not intended to be a backup device. You should move your music from your old computer to the new one, but you can also use "manually manage music" and use the iPod to do it.
