There is no greeting menu on my iphone that I can find - where is it? It's not at the top in voicemail.
That's a function of your carrier, not the phone. Contact your carrier.

Actually, I called my carrier, they said to go into voicemail and get thru all the messages, after which the menu will come up - it's spoken by a pre-recording - and you just hit whatever buttons you need as a response, it was quite simple.
