How do I get to use "Save as..." in Pages for Lion?

Select Duplicate from the File menu, then select Save for the duplicate.
Ok, thank you I have seen it, but then you have to close the document to save it in the right folder and then to re-open it to work on it. Not very simple when you have to create 10 proposals for 10 different clients a day by adapting the same original pattern...
I might have missed something but it should exist a simplier solution like "save as". If anybody have understood it please help me.

In an other post Peggy gave me the solution : so if you have the same problem than me :
Save As… has returned with Mountain Lion. Hold down the Option/alt key while clicking on the File menu & there it is! It also has a default keyboard shortcut.
