I have bought MIcrosoft Office Professional which has a download link and key. I can download it and it sits in the Downloads folder. Then what?! Any help (in plain English!) would be brilliant. THANKS!

Open the Downloads folder and double-click the MS Office download. It will expand into the icon of a disk or a recognizable MS icon on your desktop. If that icon doesn't automatically open to a window, double-click to open it, then follow the prompts to carry out the Office installation process.

What do I do once I have downloaded something to be able to use it?
