I rented a movie from iTunes twice and it didn't show up on my iPad , when I go to rent it again it says I already rented it but it's not there?

The only thing that comes on the screen is iTunes terms and conditions.. Then it doesn't allow me to do anything after I read it. This iPad is new not sure where to look. I looked in iTunes ?
As I mentioned in the first post. It shoudl be in the videos app.
Itunes is only the itunes music and video store. Nothing is stored there.
You need to open the videos app.
