I have 2 computers that have crashed and are no longer in my care... how can I deauthorize them so I can transfer everything over to my first MAC computer? And once I deauthorize them, how do I go about transferring all the previously purchased items to it?
Easy. From the iTunes Store menu, click View my Account...
Sign in, then click "deauthorize all".
To download your purchases, from the Store menu again, select "Check for available downloads".
You can only "deauthorize all" once per year.

okie dokie... now how do I authorize the computer? I don't see an option for that...
As soon as you try to play anything requiring authorization, iTunes will require that you authorize the computer. Or, you can simply go to the Store menu and select "Authorize this Computer".
Once I deauthorize all, will I still be able to reauthorize my current computer and Keep all my music files? or will it delete the music on my current computer?
