I tried to download a game and after I update to Lion I couldn't able to download it but it said

"You can't open the application Installer because PowerPC applications are no longer supported."

How can i fix this??

You can't fix that in Lion because it no longer supports Power PC programs. You'll have to downgrade to Snow Leopard and install Rosetta if you really want that program to work.

Open the game in Mac OS X 10.6 or earlier, either as its own boot or through Mac OS X Server in emulation.

Buy an external disk and install SL on it in addition to Lion.

Create an internal partition and install SL on it in addition to Lion.

<edit by steve359 because partition may or may not be a bad thing for your situation>

Before Mac switched to Intel processors they used Power PC processors from 1994 to 2005. Power PC 601 through 604, G3, G4 and G5. Applications written for the Power PC processors need the application called Rosetta to run on Intel processors. This was part of the Operating System in 10.4 and 10.5 but was an optional install in 10.6. With 10.7 Lion Apple dropped all support for Power PC applications.
