Where do you do that.
iPad Wi-Fi + 4G (Verizon), Just got it
In iTunes with the device connected. Under the Devices section of the sidebar just select your iPad and change the name.

You can name/rename it directly on the iPad in Settings > General > About > Name, or you can do it when connected to your computer's iTunes by double-clicking its current name on the left-hand side of iTunes under 'Devices' : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3965
