accidentally deleted email message
does anyone know if there is a way to retrieve an email message that was accidentally closed without saving? sounds impossible but i'm really hoping there's a magic trick up someones sleeve.
What sort of message? One you were trying to send? Or an incoming one?
If you closed a message you were creating without saving or sending it's gone.
If you have an IMAP account and deleted an incoming message it might still be in the online Trash, depending on how the account works.
If you have a POP account which is set to delete messages from the server when downloaded then it's gone from the server and may or may not be in the local Trash (in the Mail client).
If you have a POP account which is set not to delete messages from the server when downloaded then it should still be on the server and can be accessed via webmail or another computer's mail program.
