Discussions will stay for others read. Why would you remove a discussion?

If you problem is solved, good! It could be that others have the same problem and are looking for a solution too.

The discussion remains on the site for others who come later to review for possible solutions to similar issues. That's the way things work in a community—solutions are shared.
