If you have Java installed already, you simply run Software Update and allow it to install whatever updates are available. If that is not one of them, you either installed it already or don't have Java installed. If you don't have Java, you will see "Flashback malware removal tool" in Software Update instead. If you are wondering how to install Java, just try opening Java Preferences (in /Applications/Utilities) and click the Install button when prompted.
